I am so disappointed with the treatment of my child. He was spoken to negatively by the hygienist and told to be quiet when he expressed that he was in pain. Unacceptable. When I brought this to the attention of the dentist, her response was " So what do you want me to do". The professional thing to do would have been to apologize and speak to the staff about the issue. I shall NEVER return to this unprofessional place. Ps. They need training on working with children in a positive matter.
