I came here yesterday and I got twist not small but medium size. I'm not sure if I can post pictures but I will of the work. I told her I wanted them full and when she finished they would not full in the middle.... You can see a lot of parts. So I'm assuming the manager came and fixed it . I still was not happy she kept saying we are the best we will fix it we are the best there is we will fix it. You will leave here happy. I was not happy I call the next day and the man asked me when do I want to come in to get it fixed. Number one if they are the best they should not have to fix anything.. I get the Swiss all the time but my normal braider was not available so I had to go somewhere new..they gonna say its the hair I had.My hair is natural and I get the same style all the time and used the hair before..you can youtube it..rasta afri hair.if you have natural hair..you are familar with hair typing.Iam a 3c...,my point in mentioning this is the naturals on youtube have a tighter curl pattern than me and use the hair and their hair does not stick out. The african gonna try and say its my hair and the lady didnt use jam.. no she used it.and either way.. that does not keep hair from sticking out... And then he is gonna try and say I didnt want my hair blowdried when I first came in..my hair was not wet when I came in.just plaited up... all i needed to do was pick it out..which i did.im soo angry right now and why do I want them to fix it when they could not do right first time?I will gladly take my refund and wait for my original braider...Im not giving them a chance to do something they should of did right first time.Its an inconvience..noone has time for that.do not go here

It's a great shop. I get my hair braided there all the time and the ladies are so nice to me and always listen to what I have to say. I love there shop. I would recommend it to many people.
