BEWARE!!!!!!!! Whatever you do PLEASE do not patronize this business!!! On 12/17/16, After observing a sign outside of the store saying they repair batteries and watches my husband and I decided to stop. The lady told us that it would take less than 15 minutes to repair. After approximately 25-30 minutes the lady returned to the counter with my husbands watch taken apart saying they could not repair battery and could have it ready by tomorrow because they were getting ready to close (sounds crazy right?!). My husband declined the offer and requested his watch back. Upon receiving back we observed the watch display to have a broken piece and the face of the watch to be crooked. The lady refused to admit her daughter (who was fixing watch) damaged my husbands watch that he's had 3 years. She actually had the audacity to tell her daughter to leave the store. She made up a story about sending it off to the repair shop and having back within a week but could not guarantee a date. After realizing the owner was not going to take responsibility we life. Upon leaving the store we went to another watch repair shop and he advised that the face of the watch had been tampered with. He also stated there was a piece missing from the inside of the watch.

With this said ......DO NOT TRUST THEIR BUSINESS! They are very untruthful and will practically lie until they're blue in the face!

I went in for a repair on the battery clasp for my husband's watch the week of Thanksgiving. I was told that I could pick the watch up in a week. When I came to pick up my watch, I was told that it was not ready and that they would call when it was. I have made several visits and calls since then and each time I was given a different time the repair would be done. It is Christmas week and I still donot have my watch. It looks like I will have to file a small claim in order to get my watch back. I DONOT recommend this place for any repairs.

I WOULD NOT recommend this business to anyone. I went into the store on April 21, 2015 to have a diamond replaced in my ring. I was told that there were some loose diamonds. They agreed to build up the prongs and secure all diamonds. One week later I picked up my repaired ring. On yesterday, May 11, 2015 I noticed that a diamond was missing.I went back to the jeweler for compensation. He refused to do anything. He said that he was not responsible and that I would have to pay full price again for repair. When I took the ring in initially, I was quoted a price for repair. After leaving the store I was called and told that the price that I had been quoted was incorrect and the price should have been higher. This should have been a clue for me about the integrity of the business. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN.
