Great customer service by Lem! I Just used my Insurance policy to turn in a claim with State Farm claims dept and I was completely confused. I called Lem and he explained the entire process and followed up with me to make sure all was well. Thanks for your help Lem!

Thanks for being there for our Family Lem! It is rare that I give kudos. However, I feel compelled to let people know what type a person Lem is as a State Farm Agent. I really have not had the best experience with State Farm in the past. Lem contacted me about 6 months ago asking for a opportunity to write our insurance. I really didn't want to switch, but due to Lem's office being persistent in explaining his office is based on building a personalized relationship with there customers this caused me to think have I gotten this is the past. So I decided to give State Farm another shot at my business. Not only was the rate better but I felt appreciated as a customer. Lem thanks for calling me over and over again to switch. I look forward being your customer for many years. Thank your ladies for me they are the best!!

A TRUE GOOD NEIGHBOR!!!! this state farm office has always been there for our family. we wouldn't think about changing Agents. We had hail damage to our roof and State Farm claims tried to deny our claim. This Agent (Lem Howard) came out to our house

personally and inspected roof and had claim overturned. He goes above and beyond

to make sure his clients are taken care of. I strongly recommend.
