My food wasn't hot in spite of the fact that my combo included two special orders. What I ordered would normally require them to make it fresh. The service isn't always like this. I expect better next time...

I am usually not the one who complains b/c I have been in the customer service industry for 20 years, but this Mc Donalds has to be one of the worst of all time. As I checked my order I explained to the cashier that I ordered a 6 piece nuggets and there was only 3 in the container. The cashier then made a smart Alec comment stating did I look for the other box? I responded by saying yes, and told her that there was not another box. Without trying to at least lower her voice so I would not hear her , she said that e'ry body has an attitude tonight. That's when I lost it. I asked her was she referring to me and she half heartedly stated no, she was referring to "someone else" at this point I asked to speak to a manager. The young manger would not come to the window and I stated I would wait for her at the window. I was not moving. After waiting 7 minutes and realizing that the on duty manger wouldn't have made any difference I drove away. If you are on I20 and you see the golden arches off of the expressway, I suggest you keep on driving. Mickey D's word to the wise, you should have M.O.D's who care about there jobs. Btw they are holding the back door open at 9:30 at night while the manager checks her Facebook. You are inviting someone to come and rob you...

Today I got bad attitude and a chage for the free chicken sandwich. I got it from both a cashier and manager..no more for this loctation.
