went in for a gel fill in but the gel polish selection was so minimal I opted out. got charged for them to take my polish off (which wasn't completely done) & b/c my nails were long (expected). the side of one of my nails had cracked & I asked the lady to fill it w/ acrylic that chipped off as soon as I washed my hands. I didn't comment, just paid the $25 & left. 2 days later my index finger nail broke off while scratching my hair. upon inspection I saw that I had 4 other nails that were cracking & on the verge of breaking. I called the shop & asked for their policy & I was told that b/c it wasn't a full set, I had to pay to get it redone at a discount. I opted not to b/c I feel like they're just gonna do another half-a** job so I might as well spend money elsewhere since it would be a cost to fix.

My name is Stephanny I ' d been coming to Natural Nalis for 10 years. I have no problem with any staffs or their work. They work so hard on my nails and my toes. I will refer them to my friends and family too. All people at the nail shop are so kinds and experiences. I will continue to support them.
