I called to inquire about pricing and try to make an appointment! I have an appointment somewhere at 11am. This place opens at 9am. I called to ask if its possible for me to be out at about 10:15/1030am if im the very first customer, I couldn't even ask my question because I was being cut off with No's! I understand that you cant promise me a set time but don't be rude about it! I was already skeptical about going here and that just sealed the deal! No Thanks someone else will get my business!

I went Oct 25 for my first ever blow out. My hair has been natural for 2 years straight prior to my visit. I left the shop with ultra straight hair, too straight, no body, thin looking. After 2 weeks I washed my hair with the products I normally use for my natural hair.My haur did NOT return to its natural state. My ends were curled but my roots were still straight. As I comb my hair, a LOT of hair was left in comb. I attempted to wear a braid out, I was pulling clumps of hair out daily. I washed my hair again and left leave in condt in and went to shop to let them see first hand. They stated they never experience this before (natural hair not returning back to natural state). I walked away with no solution. I left my number with them to pass to the owner. I'm still waiting on that call. I went to a stylist who does African American's hair. She stated that too much heat was used on my hair and causing breakage and burned my hair straight. Ladies please research the dominican salons you patronize beforehand. I wasted $60 now I have to cut my hair off and start over with my natural hair.

I would like to inform my clients that we have two new stylist coming from Lilly's Hair Plus ,Fifa and Delissa. This is a way for our service to be better And faster for our clients!
