If I could I wouldn't leave a star at all!!!! I called at 8:15am and advised I wanted my edges redone and asked when I could come. She said to come now....I got there at 8:30. I also asked how long it would take and she said 1 to 1 1/2 hours.....I was there for 2hrs before anybody even started my hair. When I got done at 2:30 an ms checked my hair there was hair coming out of my braids like a 10yr old did it. When I asked them to redo the braids that were like that she asked me for my number and she would call me when I could come back or she could cut my hair. My hair looks a freakin mess!!!!! I'm now sitting here waiting for someone to act like they care. I'm about to call the police to get here before the Cleveland in tears this damn shop up.
