RUNNNNNNNNNNN! No organization, DOES NOT keep appointments. I called and set up an appointent with a very friendIy woman, the day of the appointment, no personnel was on site to show the property, called several numbers that I had for the stables, no one answered. I just waited in case they were running late. FINALLY, I received a callback, from the 'property manager' (btw he was very rude, not professional) he stated that the property is never viewed to book an event, and if it is there needed to be an appointment (HELLO, I thought that was already scheduled, and it is crazy to book a facility without first viewing the setup, and the structure of the property) So eventually he agreed to meet with me at the property, and he stated he lived 2mins away, and would be right over...30mins later, HE NEVER SHOWED UP (left a message, informing him of another appointment I had) and drove away with a sense of satisfaction, that i dodged a bullet. If this is the first impression I have of your business, it sets the tone for the type of organization you run.
