I normally see one doctor there but I have seen others. Everyone is very professional and see me for who I am not how I feel! Great service in the office and there lab!!

I called them to renew a prescription that had run out. They would charge me $10.00 extra if I renewed via phone. So I had to open an account on "Follow My Health," which I was loathe to do, but it was the only way to get out of the $10.00 fee (which incidentally is more than the actual prescription!). What a scam. Now everyone in India has all of my vital information.

I was denied services!!! My wife called for an after hours clinic appointment on September 6. My injury happened on September 3. She asked that day what happened and I told her. She asked if it happened at work and I did the "unh unh". She thought I said "unh hunh". So when they asked her on the phone if it happened at work she said yes. She has some hearing issues and regular communication is sometimes difficult. As I heard that they were not going to see me because they thought it should be a workers compensation issue I got on the phone and told them it was not and that she had misunderstood me, they took her word over mine. I'm the f'in patient. All they were worried about was their possible legal liabilities. I had been going there for over 20 years. Not any more. Anyone who asks me about good doctors in the area is NOT going to hear Cornerstone from me. And I taught/trained a few of the medical assistants that work there. When you disregard the direct statements of the patient, you are not providing good care. I plan to file a complaint or lawsuit or both. In essence, they called me a liar. So as I sit here in pain because I can't afford the emergency room visit, I suggest they revisit the Hippocratic oath and say it out loud in front of a mirror.
