this place makes excelent food, the scenery is nice, clean friendly atmosphere, and the prices on the lunch menu that is available all day are very reasonable for the quality and portion you recieve. I believe that the other review posted is exaggerated because of the special day and you can't rate a place that harsh from one visit especially when they said the food and atmosphere was nice. I have gone to this restaurant countless times and never had an issue anywhere near that dramatic.

You'd think that a restaurant that has been around a while would have their act together for Valentine's Day, but Fiorentino's Bar & Grill at Lancaster Airport was very disorganized when we arrived for our 5:30 p.m. dinner reservations. We were asked to wait until our table became available, yet they went ahead and seated several other diners who came in after us, including a couple with 6 p.m. reservations! We found that completely unacceptable!!! After a 15-minute wait, we were finally seated, and then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for a server to come to our table, which they did only after we went and asked! When our server appeared, she aplogized for the wait, but said no one told her that she was assigned to our table. While we waited for a server to appear, we were treated to the sound of an older woman scolding the clueless young host for seating folks who had made late reservations and who had been told they would be seated at a hightop in the bar, at a regular table, which was reserved for another diner who now would have to sit in the bar. Not once, but twice she read him the riot act in a voice so load that everyone in the restaurant could hear her. The first half hour of our experience was quite rocky and we very nearly left. This was not the romantic dinner for two that we had envisioned. But once we were seated and served, and once the yelling stopped, the meal was fine. One of us had the delightfully seasoned Chicken Romano and the other had the tasty Chicken Portafino. The portions were generous, the dishes were hot and tasty, the bread crusty, the salad fresh. We opted for the $10 bottle of wine on special Sunday through Thursday during the month of February. And female guests were presented with a flower upon entering the restaurant, a nice touch. Will we go back? Probably not for a while and never on a holiday. Restaurant management needs to get better organized, staff needs to be better trained, and people should not be yelling at employees in earshot of customers. Very uncool.
