I was at the hospital for three days and had the worst experience ever! My son was born with a rare disease and the nurses were terrible in comforting me and informing me what is going on with my child. Every time I needed a nurse it took them 10 min to get into the room. They seemed to get annoyed if I needed anything. They did not give me towels on my last day so I used my mattress on the bathroom floor. The chair they have for someone to sleep on was so uncomfortable and the tv channels would go in and out. Overall I would rather give birth at home next time than at that place.

We are so happy with our experience at Heart of Lancaster. We had our son there. It was like going to a spa for women. The place is calm, the rooms are beautiful. It really helped me relax, even my husband. We stayed in the same room, not like being moved back and forth. The nurses were wonderful and caring. Our doctors recommended this hospital because they moved their office, and we are so glad they did. Thank you to everyone who made this ssuch a wonderful experience.

If you ever need to go to an ER or hospital in the Lititz, Lebanon, Hershey area this is the place for excellent care. Facility is the cleaniest hospital I have ever seen. I was treated like a queen. Incredible staff, attentive, willing and able to explain all procedures and reasons they have been requested, food like a 5 star restaurant, just beyond words. I pray I don't need to use again, but if I need any medical services I would not hesitate to go there again.
