Provided by YPmobileI purchased a bed for my 2 year old.I found the one I wanted and bought it in minutes . They had to break it down so I could take it home. A few days later, starting to out it together I realize there are NO frame rails. Waited to call them 4 days, only to be told fhey didnt know anything about frame rails. After an hour of arguing, I returned it. Waited 1/2 hour to get HALF my refund. Another 20 minutes for the other half. 3 weeks later, my cash card hasn't been replenished with the money I spent there. 3 WEEKS. Don't waste your time shopping there. It was my first and LAST time. I bought a bed for my two year old. They said to pay for it, and they'd have it dismantled, and I could take it with me. They forgot to say they wouldn't let me have the frame, although it was part of the bed. I had to wait 4 days for them to open again. When I reached them, I never met so many people who never heard of a bed frame. I got perplexed looks, and a look like a dog gives you when they're confused. I went thru half a dozen people trying to get the frame, to put my babys bed together. I got snubbed, talked to rudely, and blown off like a criminal. In the end, I ended up taking the bed back, because they refusted to give me the frame that the bed had when I saw it. In the end, All I got were a few grunts from a guy who didn't want to even talk to me. It's been TWO weeks, and I still don't have my money back yet. RUN, don't walk away from this store. You WILL be cheated in one way or another. It was my first and LAST experience dealing with that outfit. I'll spend my days telling others who are going to go there, to shop elsewhere. It's not worth the hassle. Unless you never take your hands off the article you're buying, they'll somehow keep the parts. I bought a better bed, with much better mattress set from a local store for LESS money. Bad word of mouth advertising goes a long way when you cheat people. I intend to tell as many people as I can about their treatment of customers. Thanks for your time, Jim

Provided by YP.comPurchased a bed for a two year old. Walked in, found it, paid for it, and out the door I went in a very short time. Some days later, I went to put it up, and the frame rails were missing. Being that they were closed, I had to wait four days to reach them. When I did, I got nothing but bad customer service. No one seemed to have heard of frame rails, including the department that had to break the bed down, for me to take it home. I took the bed back, and asked for the frame rails, or my money back. As time went on, my treatment got less and less cordial. In the end, a guy walks out and hands me a receipt for HALF of my refund and walks away. I stopped him to say it was only partially there. TEN minutes later, he walks out with the other half, holds it out, and walks away. NO apology, NO explanation, NO reason for not giving me other frame rails. Nothing, period. So take it from me, learn from my experience, and avoid this store, unless you enjoy being mistreated. Thanks
