I have been a health aid for six years, and Regency is by far the worst employer. They would call 30mins before they wanted me to pick up a shift. They forgot to pay me for 16hrs of work even after I called in about it three times. They don't pay attention to their clients needs, the living conditions compared to other companies I worked for are terrible. The staffing people in the office don't seem to use common sense. I wouldn't recommend this agency to any clients or aides looking for a job.
