The Community Blood Center is an independent, nonprofit organization headquartered in Appleton, Wis. The center provides blood and blood components to hospitals and individuals. It also offers various blood products and professional blood services. It offers services to various hospitals, including Appleton Medical Center, Theda Clark Medical Center, New London Family Medical Center, St. Elizabeth Hospital, Mercy Medical Center, Aurora Health Center, Calumet Medical Center, Ripon Medical Center and Berlin Memorial Hospital. The Community Blood Center holds several mobile blood drives. The center also provides gift wrapping facilities, holiday breads and bratwurst to the donors. Community Blood Center was established in 1955.
