Helpful and warm people assist you at this center. You can't go wrong. Even when they are busy they listen and focus on each customer's needs. A great place that is always clean and welcoming. :) I have used them now for about 8 months. Great place. I don't know what I would do without them.

I have nothing bad at all to say about this establishment. I have been greated each time I walk in. If there is a line it is only a short one and not too long of a wait as it would be at the local USPS. I had been given a hard time at one of the local USPS centers when I was trying to ship a package to my husband who is deployed. I felt stupid when he was done with me. When I went in and talked to Cindy at Zip It to see if she could help me she said "Of Course" without hesitation. It is a very up-to-date establishment and ALWAYS smells so good when you go in.

Went to mail a flat rate priority box during my lunch break. The place looks luxurious inside for a mailing center. When I got to the register I figured out why. Normal price is $8.95, they charged $12.80, $3.85 mark-up or 44% surcharge to mail a package. I can see 10% or 20%, or 25% if I hadn't had it completely packaged and ready to go. But 44%, wow. I won't go there again.
