We ordered a Dishwasher and a refrigerator - about $3600 total. In purchasing these, we were under the understanding that our hometown store was going to be there to help us out when we needed - not just give us an 800 number to call. Our brackets and hose clamps were not with the dishwasher when we received it. After calling the store, their only solution for us was to just call an 800 to see what they say. However, I feel it is their job, their responsibility even, to handle the situation on my behalf. Had we bought the appliances online, we wouldn't have had an issue calling an 800 number. But that's precisely why we didn't order online, but rather shopped local and went to our hometown Sears. After feeling a little too pressured to purchase the protection plan, and this incident with the hose clamps and brackets, I couldn't in good faith recommend Little Falls Sears to a friend or colleague. While I feel they have a decent selection, and the entire buying process could have been worse, I think we'll be shopping elsewhere for our appliances at this point.
