Prior to purchasing my home I hired a home inspector that was supposedly also qualified as an wood destroying insect inspector, he did not identify any termite activity. I purchased the home and a few months later, large amounts of insect wings were scattered in my basement. I called ACT and they were able to identify an active termite infestation in a corner of my basement and termite damage in my garage. They suggested I treat the entire property since the scattered wings were termites trying to nest in other areas of my home. Since owning this home I have dealt with several different services from electricians, to plumbers, to tile and floor installers most of whom were rude and hated to be questioned. ACT understood I had a lot of questions and was able to answer all of them in a kind and very detailed manner.
