From my time as the mother of the patient, I've never had a problem there. The hygienist was very nice and professional. The main dentist, comes across sort of rude but she is okay. The other dentist which I believe is European is very nice. The front desk is okay in terms of friendliness they could use a few tips. But in reality how many doctors office are really that nice and professional not too many.

I had 2 encounters with this office. The only reason I continue with them is because the dentist that I was going to does not take my insurance.



In this economy, people are watching every penny. When I called to make an appointment, I asked how much the visit was going to come to with my insurance. I was told that I would get a call back. It never happened.



The second time I called (which was right before my appointment), I asked about the visit and how much it would cost. The woman who answered the phone seemed very annoyed that I had asked. People who are working just don't understand people who aren't working. You'd think that everyone would be watching their pennies--working or not!



After shouting the price (without insurance), she hung up. I was still speaking. Immediately after, I called my insurance company and got the correct information.



Fortunately I only have to see the dentist 2 times per year. As soon as I can get my old insurance back (and find a job), I'm going back to my original dentist in town.



While the dentists my be nice, the office staff sure isn't. Be careful that this doesn't happen to you. If possible, avoid as much contact with this staff as you possibly can.

My mother had a very bad experience with this office. They did some work for her and after 7 months her crown fell off. They said they could not fix it so she went to another dentist who did fix the problem. Little Falls Family Dental refuses to return calls and will not respond to faxes requesting a refund for the inferior work that was performed. They are VERY unprofessional. I would have given them no stars in this review but 1 is the minimum.
