Slow to clear checks and quick to charge you fees. Online banking was a mess for 10 years. This branch has a TV monitor with important pieces of trivia and "news". How about giving me a MINISCULE f***ing line of credit instead of charging me fees with my useless trivia?? How about clearing my checks faster. How about longer hours? How about putting some creative brains into how they interact with small businesses instead of paying CEO Jim Rohr $8.5 million dollars??
