Provided by YP.comLoved the service I received from them. Been using them for about a year now and they really do offer the highest quality of customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure you travel in a comfortable environment. I have found that the Prices are the lowest in the area and Sam the owner is absolutely wonderful. I never had a bad experience with him. This guy goes out of his way for you and will not even let you carry a single bag. He has always been on time for me and its always a pleasure riding with him. I will continue to use this company for all my travel needs and I recommend them very highly.

Provided by YP.comBEWARE!!!!!! DO Not use this car service company!!! booked them to take my husband and I to the Newark airport, scheduled pickup time for 5:30 am ( the driver Sam) which is also the owner showed up half a sleep at 6:00 am. at this point unsafely speeding to get us there. didn't really think any of it because we arrived there on time just a little behind we though "so people make mistake" WELL that wasn't the end of the irresponsible behavior from Sam's car club that we had experienced.
we also scheduled Sam's car club to pick us up from the airport the following weekend at 8:45 pm Saturday night the women whom I spoke to was very quick to get off the phone with a yeah,yeah attitude will be there just call us after you get your luggage which I had felt was a little strange that I had to make a follow up call ( shouldn't they just be there waiting????) but I figured ok no problem ill call when we get our luggage. so I do just that I call, women answers she starts off with " WELL WERE NOT THERE" so I thought maybe she thinks I am someone else??? I told her oh I am calling for the pick up at Newark airport she goes I know exactly who you are and we tried calling you yesterday several times leaving several messages I was like well we have been on our cell phone In Florida the entire time we didn't get a missed call or a single message she then turns around and said to me well were not coming!( what were they calling for anyway! What if we were not available on cell phones!) I was like I am confused what's the problem why aren't you here for a pickup! "because we got the dates confused and thought pick up was yesterday "she said so I bit my tongue and said there was definitely a misunderstanding will we be expecting you to come now?? she says NO we have no drivers now!!!! this women has to be a family member to Sam's car service because there is No way this women would be able to keep a job with those people skills. she also had no worries in the world about the affect this could have on Sam's car service being that me and all my family members have used them and all the minor problem we have had in the past we have let go so now I tell you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We are very fortunate that my mother was available to pick us up on such short notice and were also very lucky that this didn't happen at pick up to have us miss our flight and ruin our vacation BUT the next time IT COULD RUIN YOURS!!
