My experience at your dealership was horrible and I would never patronize your dealership again. I was scolded by one of your sales manager and while talking to one of your service man who so rudely walked away while I was talking to him. Perhaps your staff picks and chooses who the want to help and show respect and professionalism towards.

At Schumacher Chevrolet they have a variety of ways to keep your new or used car running at its top performance. If you need minor maintenance or extensive repairs, Schumacher Chevrolet should be your one-stop shop.

Schumacher is the best place to go for a vehicle or service in New Jersey. I dont like dealing with pushy and high priced dealers. Definitely dont feel that way here by any means. If your in the market for a new vehicle I would greatly suggest trying out Schumacher Chevrolet.

Im not sure where to start... Specials, services or Schumacher Chevrolets variety of vehicles!! If youre looking for a car dealer in Little Falls this is the place you want to be. No hassle and straight the point. They have top of the line vehicles with knowledgeable staff so whatever youre looking for from used to new cars they will find the right fit for you.

I called and made an appointment to get my AC clutch replaced, they told me it would cost at the most $250 (labor and parts included) so I bring my car in and tell them to call me before they do any work and let me know what they'd be doing. Me telling them it was the AC clutch wasnt enough, they had to do their own diagnositcs (which they charged me $85 for!). So I get the phone call and they tell me I need the entire AC compressor replaced ($750). In which I respond with, I just want the AC clutch replaced, not the whole compressor. They call me back a few min. later to tell me that it was fine and they'd just replace the clutch...for $550!!! I told them that I was quoted for it only being $250 and the guy said that did not include labor which I know for a fact it did! Anyway, I told them not to do anything and I would take my car elsewhere. I found another place that said they would replace the compressor for less than what Shumacher was going to charge for just the AC clutch. They will try and rip you off...STAY AWAY!!!

Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I got the price I wanted with no haggling.The owner is always visible and approachable. Shopping for my new car wasn't so painful at all.

No schemes, no sales pressure. Helpful employees and great prices.
