Lombardy's Travel is superb! They always find the best fares, good deals in hotels. Most important, they follow up! That is, when an airline refused to abide by the universal rules of cancellation arrangements, Lombardy spent hours on the phone dealing with them, and finally got them to do the right thing. Saved us some $3000.
