The matince man is horrible. He is rude and does not do his job. He harrasses others. Please be ware

This complex is run by terrible management. The maintenance man is nasty and rude, screaming and cussing in the parking lot at renters in front of HIS SMALL CHILD. And don't plan on hanging anything on the walls or putting up curtains. You'll have to repaint the entire wall for just one small hole. Can't spot paint. This isn't in your lease but they will charge you $800 for it. But you also can't use command strips. This is in your lease. So basically you can't decorate AT ALL. There is no storage closet or place to even put a broom. If you decide to leave at the end of your lease, you have to give a SIXTY day notice, not thirty. Making it nearly impossible to move out when you need to give somewhere else 30 day notice. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It's not worth your time or money.
