Complete examination and solution

As I'm relatively a new patient Dr. Merritt and her staff are very detailed and thorough. They ask pinpoint questions to us as the patient to gain understanding of our symptoms. Then based on our response they proceed with a very thorough examination and evaluation to determine the proper care. As a senior aged person with the need of professional eye care I'm very satisfied. They exemplify a strong sense of caring for the wellness of me as a patient. That in its self goes a long way. Hats off to all of the team with Dr. Merritt!!!

I went in experiencing vision problems, mostly at night. The office in Little River got me in a few days later. Dr. Merritt and staff were very thorough in the examination. I was scheduled for cataract surgery a few weeks after my appointment. I have had both eyes done and the experience was very good. Kudos to Dr. Merritt, office staff and surgical center staff.

Generally excellent. I wish the staff would introduce themselves when they first interact. I had to ask each their name. I did however have my visit on a day they were down three staff.
I felt I received quality care this visit and will going forward.

I didn’t know how much better I would see until after the cataract surgeries. I would have this done even sooner. Vision is brighter and more colorful.

Very good!waits are sometimes long but worth the wait to get diagnosis and treatment! When I first called I was told I couldn’t be seen for over a week.however I called back and heather got me in the next day! Thank gosh be cause I don’t know what would have happened to my eye
