Great people to work with. I checked pricing all over Little Rock area and found this somewhat hidden but easy to get to location. I needed a unit for about a year and they gave me several options for paying, ACH, Credit Card, if I paid up front each month by the first I could get a discount for paying on the 1st of each month. First time I have ever seen this. But the best deal was, and the one I selected was to pay for 1 year in advance and I got two free months. So I got 14 months for the price of 12.

I will surely pass this on b/c like you said this is disgusting... rats?! omg! thats so bad for business.. i would def. report them if i were you.

I rented out this storage unit 10x20, from Jan. 2010-May 2010 (thank goodness) and when i went in to retrieve my items I found RAT FECES EVERYWHERE! All of my items had them on it. I had 2 big boy recliners, 2 couch SETS (4 TOTAL), fridge, washer dryer, table, entertainment center, end tables, coffe tables, boxes of clothes (babies included), vases, you name it. The rats clawed through my expensive recliners, feces on my couches THAT WERE COVERED IN PLASTIC THAT THEY ATE THROUGH!, the rats ate through my boxes of clothes and crapped all over my babies clothes (which i had to throw away), ate through pictures that CANT BE REPLACED!, AND THE WORST PART OF ALL......in one of my vases where 6 MICE!ALIVE!, they had to be about a week or 2 old... the rats went as far as clawing up tissue to protect the creatures. We called the company and notified them of this and of course they said they are NOT responsible for our things, BUT THEY ALSO FAILED TO TELL ME THAT THEY HAD RATS WHEN I CAME IN TO GET A STORAGE! I am pissed beyond pissed. NEVER USE THEM, they have not told other tenants about this and we were only there for 3.5 months I can only imagine what other storages look like!!! NEVER EVER USE THESE DISGUSTING PEOPLE, TELL A FRIEND TO TELL ANOTHER FRIEND.. AND IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE WHO IS RENTING FROM THESE PEOPLE LET THEM KNOW ASAP! oh and the insurance DOES NOT cover this...
