Provided by YPmobileEvery time I picked my child up from that daycare she was soaked and the last time I picked her up she had dried up bowel movement on her pants they Didn't even put her pants in the washer when I picked her up it was cold and she had nothing to wear. I asked them why they Didn't put her pants in the washer they said They forgot. They daycare is so unclean that my baby caught a hand, mouth and foot disease because they don't clean up after they change them.

Provided by YP.comMy kid goes to Adventureland and he loves it, he thinks it's a lot of fun, I've never had a problem there, unless dealing with kids incidents is a problem, kids are going to act like kids, I think the issue right now is that parents are being informed about incidents a lot more than before, would it be better if the staff hides it from the parent to make it easier? of course not! but it seems that the more information we (as a parent) have about any incident, the more we go ballistic, at least we should be thankful we are being informed. Sometimes we decide to make judgments when we don't have all the information in our hands, a perfect place does not exists but I have witnessed how caring the staff is, sometimes we cannot even handle our own kids, can you imagine what they have to do to deal with many? In my personal opinion they are doing a wonderful job! Thank Goodness the director took over, cause there's a change in the staff, some lazy employees have quit cause they make them do their jobs and other are being fired cause of their lack of competence. I've noticed a lot of changes that have improved the place, not only the staff but the building inside looks a lot cleaner!

Provided by YP.comI did not realize there was a rating system online or I would've left negative feedback a long time ago! I took my son there 3 years ago as a 6-week old infant (2007). He was only there for 3 weeks. I was the only parent breastfeeding him, so I took my breastmilk to the center. My husband caught them microwaving my breastmilk! Anyone who knows anything about breastfeeding knows that breastmilk cannot be microwaved b/c it kills the good enzymes, etc. that are in it. It has to be heated slowly in a bottle warmer. Their excuse? "We forgot he's the only child breastfeeding." How is that an excuse to microwave breastmilk that I bring in?
Then, I took him home one day and got him out of his carseat. His brand new clothes had BLEACH spots all over the back!!!! I freaked out asking why my son had bleach on his back! Their excuse was that they started wiping things down w/bleach water and when they went to change him, accidentally set his clothes down where it had been wiped, then put the clothes back on my son! WHY would they not think to put a new pair of clothes on my son??? OR EVEN TELL ME ABOUT IT BEFORE I LEFT??? They just shrugged it off as if nothing happened and said, "I thought they told you when you got there."
Needless to say we moved and I took him out, but I would not recommend taking your children there unless you want careless people to unsupervise them. Yes, I mean unsupervise!
I've heard horrible things since, such as, a parent went to pick up their child and they had closed and locked the doors, leaving a child in a crib that they "forgot" about.

Provided by YP.comVery upsetting… used the summer program lasted year, 2009, and had good results, that I could tell. My son would complain the staff were rude or would not pay attention to him at times. Decided to try the program again this year and I wish I never did. This last Friday, 7/30/10, a child much larger than my son, picked him up and slammed him head first on to the gym floor, then proceeded to jump on top of him and punch my son in the face. All while being "supervised" by the well trained staff... I was called at work and told I need to take my son to the ER, to get him checked out due to how hard he was hit. The owner then told me the boy who did this was suspended and I wouldn't have to worry about it happening again. The ER had to do a CT scan to ensure there was no brain injury. Monday when my son returned to the daycare, I found out when I picked him up the boy who assaulted him was still there - the explanation I got from the owner was it wasn't his third strike... My son is no longer there and I have told all my friends please do not take your loved ones there.
