I took my samsung phone to this store and informed them that my phone would not stay connected to my wifi. But my wife's phone had no problem staying connected. They were very uninterested in resolving my problem. The person that greeted me at the door never referred me to someone to troubleshoot my phone. He took it on himself to reset my phone (whatever that meant) and said if that didn't work come back the next day and he would send me to a phone repair shop in the same area of their store. I took my phone to them, and they just looked it over and asked me what was my phone doing? I explained to him I had to continually reconnect my phone to wifi. He said to take it to At&t. I have spent at least 5 hours on my phone talking to different representatives and no one has resolved my problem yet. The last thing was putting a new Sims card in. Of course my phone is still not working. Oh my phone is still under warranty, had it less than one year. No one has offered me another phone, even though i have been with AT&T for about 20 years. I remember when my problem would have be resolved within one day. No more, I just want someone to listen to the customer!!! Very disappointed would be an under statement 😕 I gave one star
