First of all I will start by saying stay away from this place. The apartment manager is totally unqualified to manage a property let alone her own wardrobe. She has left reviews on the internet stating she has lived at the property for 8 years and its growing. Lies. She does not live here . Nor would she ever given the condition of the apartments and lackluster (one man) maintenance crew. If you want you are interested in having a run down apartment, poor management, and hating where you live then this is the place for you

I have lived at colony west for 3 years and Will Not be renewing my lease.

In December my shower started flooding the downstairs apartment and I had to wait for maintenance to fix it However It took four months for them address the issue. and expect me to pay full rent for the entire time. let me make sure you understand The expect you to pay for showers that you Can't use.



Had my front door painted shut while I was sleeping. (that's right I had to force the door open from inside the apartment.)



Floor is rotting out from under the patio door and into the master bedroom (this issue was Never addressed and is still a problem.)



Had to file a number of police reports for people dealing drugs & people can be heard though the walls threatening to kill each other.
