We had this company come out and repair our heating unit. They came out twice for the same thing and we were charged twice. After the second time out the problem seemed to be fixed and we were happy. Towards the end of the cold season we noticed our unit acting up again but since it was time to turn it off until next winter we decided we would deal w/ it later. Well it's fall so we will be turning the heat on soon. We have a one year warranty for the work they did earlier this year so you would think we wouldn't any have problem getting them out here to check things out. Well guess what.....we just called them and after a very heated conversation, they told us they would not be coming out and hung up the phone. We tried to call back but to no avail. I have never done business with a company like this so all I know to do is contact the BBB to report it and maybe the Attorney Generals office which is what we intend to do. If anything changes and they later decide to honor the warranty we have with them, i"ll post that too. But as it stands we will never do business with this company again.
