The worst city bus system I've ever rode on. The buses hardly ever run on time , They've got this we'll get there whenever they get there, kind of attitude. It's horrible never knowing when you're going to get picked up and have to be left standing outside or what time you're going to get to your destination. They're just too unreliable and the sheer rudeness you receive when you ask them a question about your travel plans or have to buy a bus pass is downright discouraging and unprofessional. It's the absolute worst and poorly run public transportation system you will ever encounter. wish we had a better one in place for the city of Little Rock. It just makes living here that much more unpleasant and shines a bad light on our city as a whole for those visiting from afar. it's just an embarrassment to our Capital city to have such a poorly run transportation system in place. wish they were better.....
