Another nice thing about the visit... they didn't make me do unnecessary things. I went to an urgent care place in novi a previous time, and they had wanted to do bloodwork and a urine sample, use the flashlight thingy to look in my ears, etc. Birmingham Urgent Care didn't ask me to do any of that! Great place!

So i have tbh i looked at this place and saw bad reviews but checked them out the girl up front was super nice gave me tour and then when i had picked up my dogs after 4 nights. They told me the dogs had got a free bath because they had gotten dirty. They also washed my blankets which were smelly when i brought them in. I wanted to say thanks to Ashleigh & Roxane for taking such good care of Champ & Stella

I loved how my pets were able to go from my castle to the Chenal Pet Palace. They treated my dog like royalty and the staff was so friendly and attentive to so much detail.

I trust them completely with the health of my furry pals. I wouldn't take my new dog or my 2 cats anywhere else!

I take my Bella in to get groomed at least once a month and it seems that she comes back home rejuvenated and rested and as playful as ever. Its very comforting leaving my baby with people who have such a passion for animals.
