These apartments are horrible and the management is even worse and hard to deal with! If its not that, she hires/fires a new front office assistant every other month, so you never know who you'll get. This company and the apartments should restructure how they do business. I would rather pay a higher rent then deal with the headache. They never answer their phone, they're unorganized, and if you have something wrong you'll have to send in 4-5 requests before someone will even do something. Our air conditioner went out and it was 100 degrees outside and 85 to 90 degrees in our apartment. I put in request after request and they wouldn't fix the problem. Now, after we have moved out we hadn't received ANY letter, ANY invoice, ANY bill and we received a letter from collections for $715. You'd either live here if you're desperate or just stupid. Good luck!

I just moved here 3 months ago. In those 3 months, my dishwasher quit working and it took a month for them to replace, EVERY SINGLE TIME it rains, the apartment FLOODS! I am having to move out now due to this. The plumbing gets stopped up continuously! Do not move here. The apartments look great, everyone seems nice but don't let them fool you!
