I needed a couple of pairs of new pants hemmed. I took them to this cleaners with the NEW TAGS still on them, and told them that I wanted them hemmed. Obviously since they were new they did not need to be cleaned. When I came back to pick them up several days after they were promised, they had been cleaned. NEW PANTS! i never gave them permission to clean them, and they never told me that they were going to clean them, because I would not have left them if that were the case. They actually washed one pair for sure, and did not press a crease in them. These are business casual pants that I wear to work, and one pair did not even have a crease in them, and they did not even ask me if I wanted them dry cleaned or washed. I did not want new clothes washed or dry cleaned, but I especially would not have wanted them washed. The price was about double what the hemming was to cost. They totally ripped me off. I feel like It is the same as holding a gun to my head and forcing me to pay them. I don't recommend this place at all. I felt violated, and it should be against the law.
