I love this bakery, especially the Main Street location. It's clean with a nice ambiance. They have all your bakery needs plus delicious paninis and sandwiches at lunch time!

I called Community Bakery on Shackleford Rd. and was very pleased with the person who answered my call. She put me on hold for only a second or two to finish with another customer and then took my order after answering all my questions. She was extremely polite and thanked me several times for calling and placing an order. We have always loved the products from this bakery and will not order from anyone else!

The people who answer the phone here are rude. I talked to the same girl two days in a row. The first time she told me I needed to call the next day to place my order for the day after and when I called back, she said they couldn't do my order for the next day. Besides that she was just plain rude. Don't use this place!!

I have to say, great service from Community Bakery Main St. location. Parking was a little difficult. If you go at lunch, they have great sandwiches besides all of the sweet stuff. I recommend.
