After calling the dealership for pricing on a new tire that I needed quickly, I was told by the dealership they couldn't get the tire for 2 days. I checked with Cross Tire and they could get it within 1.5 hours. Even that time frame limited me due to another appointment, so they were able to get the tire in 45 minutes! Lelon and Mike are very friendly and conscientious of how valuable time is...mine and theirs!

It is a very rare thing for me to write a review regarding a retail business experience that I have had, and the vast majority of reviews that I have seen from others over the years are very negative. So, I feel the need to buck the trend with a very positive experience. I needed a new set of tires for my 2010 Ram 1500 truck. The guys at Cross Tire Pros were helpful, attentive, accommodating, and the prices were very competitive, even against the likes of Wal-Mart. To top it all off, the final bill I paid was almost $30.00 less than I had expected. To summarize
