This store is always good to me and mu husband we drive 3 hours to get here always come here 1st they know there stuff

Absolute worst service I have ever had. They seem to have a monopoly in the Little Rock area and know it. Last three orders have taken months, sometimes 3 to 4 months to get three shirts and three pants. If you ask about it they seam to act like you have a lot of nerve to question them. The you pay suggested retail for everything. Last time I was there I seen an officer needing 1 shirt for his retirement the next day. He picked out the shirt and said can you put the shoulder patches on and I will pick it up this afternoon? They told him it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they could see the patches on. His wife got mad and said she would do it herself. They held up an entire department order once because they didn't know what rank to sew on some of them. Instead of calling and asking they waited two months to tell someone when they called to check on order. Somebody please give these people some competition.
