The only lawyer I have ever met that listens. Most lawyers starting nodding and interrupt you before you have even finished asking the question or explaining. And so often they have misjudged what you are about to say. In addition, I find many lawyers are hostile and want to stick it to the other person, when actually you just want a fair settlement with as few hard feelings as possible.
