Upon my arrival it was a little rude. When I left and came back I received an apology by the front desk clerk. The front desk clerk service was rated a 5 she made sure I was satisfied. She also made sure my room was noise free due to the airport being so close. When I arrived to my room it was clean, nice and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The room rate(5) was excellent. The cleanliness of the property 5. The cleanliness of the lobby 5. The housekeeper was very polite and nice. The hotel offers breakfast in the mornings. I stay at this location every time I'm in Little Rock. Great location! The staff is polite. It's also a Waffle House next door. I'll stay again. I was here on February 20-23 2014. I enjoyed my stay THANKS DAYS INN SUITES STAFF! (AIRPORT AREA)
