I’m dropping them if I can ever get ahold of them. I did reach them a few weeks ago but the person who responded was not very nice. Now they say this number is no longer available. Even if it’s because of the storm, at least they could send out notices to inform us of that. The service is terrible. Trying to figure out the programming is ridiculous. No more for me.
