Mr. Barker performed a thorough, comprehensive inspection for me when I was considering a home purchase. Reasonably priced, and in my opinion, well worth every dime I paid him. I was very impressed and felt confident when my wife and I chose to purchase the home. Trust and confidence are the two most important services he provided. I highly recommend Mr. Barker.

I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Terry Barker (License HI-1024) to inspect any home. He recently inspected the house I had made an offer on. He made a 35 page written inspection and took over 40 photos. When I entered the house with the real estate agent, I though the house looked great and though I did't need a house inspector. But my daughter found him in the yellow pages and I changed my mind as I saw that other people recommended him. I am glad I did, because there were A LOT that he found that would have cost me a lot out of pocket without his inspection if I had purchased the house. I learned a lot. Mr. Barker took 8 hours to inspect the house that was 1173 square feet. If you want a very qualified person to inspect a house and looking to buy it, call Terry Barker. I am VERY GLAD I DID.

Just had my new home inspected by Mr. Terry Barker (Jan 2015) and I can honestly say that this was the most professional and totally complete home inspection that I have ever received. Mr. Terry Barker recently did my home inspection. He came HIGHLY recommended. He did ann outstanding job. He was there for about 5 hours and afterwards, he called and gave me the results which he followed up with a 26 page report with pictures. He also took the time to explain it. Being a first time home buyer I know how important a good home inspections is. I hired Terry to do an inspection on a 30 year old home. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and very honest. He performed a very thorough and comprehensive home inspection and provided me with a very detailed report with photos in a timely manner. He took the time to explain any questions that I had had regarding the structural, heating & air, plumbing, and electrical systems. I ended up backing out of this home based on Terrys findings. As a single mother of two, I knew that I could not afford to buy a home that would end up being a money pit!!! Most importantly, there were several safety issuse that were of great concern. He did offer suggestion on how to correct these issues and what it would take to bring this home up to par. I really appreciate his honesty and felt like he did me a great service! I would highly recommend Terry for a home inspection!!

Terry Barker did a honest, throrough and detailed job. He explained very well all areas that needed to be addressed and if I ever needed another inspection I would call him in a minute. I highly reccommend him.

Terry Barker actually ended up doing two inspections for me. He was very thorough and explained the issues he found during his inspection. He furnished a written report of the issues found along with pictures which is quite helpful. His report was useful in determining which house to purchase and his report has prepared me for issues that may arise after purchase. I highly recommend consulting Terry prior to purchasing a home.

Terry was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the home he even offered suggestions for correcting any problems that we ran across. He also emailed a VERY detailed pdf report to me complete with photographs and explanations. Terry was extremely professional and he was very very thorough in his inspection. He went through everything with a fine-tooth comb and overlooked nothing. He took as much time as he needed and when he was finished he took great effort and time in explaining everything he found. Since I was relying on his expertise and I'm not knowledgeable he explained things so I could understand. This professional was the kind of inspector realty agents hate, and for good reason. Mr. Barker was professional, thorough and knowledgable. He inspected a home that was less than a year old and found numerous issues that I needed to know about. He was patient and does a great job explaining exactly what needs to be addressed. The inspection lasted more than 3 hours and I received a detailed report within a day. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. I shopped around and his prices could not be beat. He was willing to work with my special needs as a miIitary member and saved me a lot of heartache. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Home inspection at it's best! He will not miss a thing; very knowledgeable on electrical, plumbling, heating & cooling as well. He also understands codes on homes and commercial properties. Will not waste your time or money!

If you need to get a Home Inspection you can not get another that is as good as Mr. Barker for your inspection needs. Mr. Barker is very thorough and will not miss a thing.
