This place is awesome! Tried traditional waxing and it felt like torture. EWC does not use paper strips which rips your skin off and hurts like crazy. They use a hard wax which is far less sensitive and the waxers are completely professional and competent. I'm totally blown away by the difference.

This place is incredibly unprofessional. The manager is a 24 year old child who spends maybe an hour at the business per week while she lets her employees run it. The associates are always texting or on Facebook while I'm there, and they never even smile when I walk in. The waxers do a wonderful job, but this place is being run into the ground by management. The manager's mom bought the place for her to run, but she'd rather go out and party every night instead of care about the success of her business. DON'T GO HERE. Find a place where the employees and managers actually care about their work. You will get absolutely crummy service from everyone involved. Plus, it's heading towards closing down within the next month or two due to poor management. All in all, a shoddy place that charges way too much for mediocre waxing services and poor customer service.
