Bad experience and awful customer service. They should keep some intelligent people at the cash register. Won't be buying anything from here. They sell overpriced items, and advertise falsely reduced prices and then do not follow with those reduced prices.

We purchased rice that was on sale for $9.99. Came home and could not cook it; it was a foul smelling rice. Tried to see the expiration date; we could not find one. In order to return the item my spouse had to make two trips (mind you the receipt states that returns are acceptable) because the owner had to be present. I called the the store prior to second trip and the clerk told me I had to the owner for that. The owner took the phone and told me "you buy something you keep it . Why do you call me?" and hang up. Nevertheless, my spouse was already on his way to return the item, so he went. Upon arrival, the clerk told him that he has to wait for the owner as he is gone to pick up his child from school. The owner was very rude and at last he would not take the expired item back. We are keeping it as a souvenir. We will never go to that store again!
