Went to this doctor for TMJ after seeing info-commercial. Keep in mind that even though TMJ can cause a lot of symptoms it may not be causing yours. My symptoms didn't get better (headaches, back and neck aches, etc.) in fact my back and neck got worse. He talked me into having trigger point injections (didn't want to cause I had already given him over $4,000) and they didn't help either...still seemed to get worse. My main complaint is that I was lied to regarding them filing my insurance. I was told they would file my insurance and that they would pay me back for any adjustments...but that I had to pay up front. After two months they had never filed my insurance...when I said something I was told that they were not filing insurance any more but that they would go ahead and do it for me, but that the insurance wouldn't pay anything. Another month later and they still had not filed my insurance. I called and told them I would not be coming back, sent an email for an itemized bill. Never got it, so I had to go to the office to pick one up. Still had trouble getting an itemized bill. Dr Jolley has never called me to try and make it right. I would NOT recommend this Dentist.
