My brother and mother came to this dealership to buy a car this week of March 10, 2008. My brother is mentally challenged and has an IQ of about 65. My Mother has alzheiemers. They were taken in by one of your sleazy salesmen who blatantly took advantage of them and sold them a car that is not fitting to their needs. My brother is at least 350 pounds and the salesman put them in a Ford Focus for $20,000. I hope it has wings as the Focus the entry level of the Ford products. I don't think my brother can even fit into the car. Surely, the salesmen could tell just in conversation that there was something not right with these people. My brother is a sweetheart with a heart as big as the moon, has no negotiating skills and is very ,very trusting. My mother, well she's in the middle stages of alzheimers, what do you say. I talked to a "sales manager" on the desk. (Anyone can be sitting at that desk.) and he was extremely rude, name is Jason? don't know his last name. The GSM doesn't have the courtesy to call back or address the situation. I guess it's because Ford is in such a turmoil itself, being the number 4 manufactorer now, they will take gross advantage of anyone just to get a deal done. Beware of this dealership.
