Absolutely horrible customer service. I spent countless hours for over a month trying to contact someone after the purchase of my vehicle. I called, left voicemails, emailed, etc. I contacted the GM who never felt the need to contact me back. The customer service after the sales is completely non-existent. I would not recommend doing business here.

Buying a new vehicle can be tough. To some car dealerships we are all just a number but to McLarty Honda we are treated as family. James Forrester welcomed us with open arms. He was personable, professional, and polite. He knew that we were looking for a bigger vehicle for our growing family. James was persistent with helping us not only get a bigger vehicle but a BRAND NEW vehicle. The dealership lowered the price of the vehicle so we could afford it. Honda actually lost money on our deal but it didn't matter to them because we were treated as family. If you would like to get a reliable car but also be treated as a hardworking individual instead of a number go to McLarty Honda. Go and see James Forrester to find your next dream car. You will come out smelling like a rose.

Great experience! I went in to service my old 98 Accord and found the transmission to be a significant and expensive problem so I upgraded to a new civic and love it! Brandon was awesome with helping me choose and Kevin was great in helping me with Financing! Scott in service was awesome as well!

Travis Evans went above and beyond to help us. Finance department was wonderful I will definitely go back.

First, it's a Honda! I was 2 years into a 3 year lease from McClarty. They made an intriguing "lease pull-ahead" offer by mail that turned out to work perfectly for what I had in mind a year from now. Instead of waiting, drove off buying (not leasing) a brand new current model of what I'd been leasing.



Was impressed with the time they took and suggestions they made to tailor the financing package (and extended warranty) to my needs, budget and driving history.



Easily the most pleasurable deal I've made in over 40 years of cars. Must have met 6 or 7 staff personnel during the course of the deal: uniformly friendly, down-to-earth, no pressure, knowledgeable. Amazing, really. Couldn't be more impressed with McClarty.

Buying a new car here was the best decision. The people who helped us including Sales Consultant,Taylor Guise, Finance Manager, Zach Jones, and Sales Consultant, Jeremy Greenwood were all so friendly and helpful. They were honest and not pushy. We got what we wanted and everyone was happy. Very smooth process!

Great car buying experience. It was quick and painless. I got a great deal on my new accord and I'm really satisfied with the whole process at Landers McLarty. Honda's are great cars, but it makes it even better when the service fits the car.

The perfect car buying experience. Little to no haggling over price, I had done my research and they were very straight forward. I was in and out in less than two hours. This was by far the quickest, easiest, and best deal on a car I've ever gotten! I knew I wanted another Civic because I love my little car so much, and my daughter is going to be taking it over for college. I've been stressing about getting a good deal, getting financed, and just dealing with the whole car shopping experience as a whole. I shouldn't have been! Bale Honda recently came under new management and is now Landers Mclarty Honda. I have bought 2 vehicles from Bale Honda in the past 6 years and was not happy with the new name. I do not have any respect for senior Landers and expressed this to my contacts at Bale Honda. While some people left with the Bale name, most people stayed and are very happy with the new transition. Junior Landers has spoken in depth to his new people about the differences he brings to the deal and they seem to be happy with it. So, I decided to continue to do business with them by having my Honda serviced and as always they did a great job. I recently decided to trade that in on a 2015 Honda Accord Sport on Friday the 3rd of April and I got the same amazing deal and service that I have always received from Bale Honda. So Landers Mclarty Honda has earned my business in the same great way Bale did and this is my 3rd vehicle from this great bunch of people!! Thanks Doug, Zach, and Reese!!

This best service I've ever received! They were all very nice, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me! I got an incredible deal and shopped all over Arkansas. I will never use another Honda dealership!

Last Saturday (3-7-15), I helped my mother purchase a 2015 Honda Accord from Landers McLarty Honda. The purchase went very well and without any hassle; it was good not having to deal with any pushy people while doing business there. Dillon Terry, our salesman, and Reece Hancock, our sales manager, were both very professional and made the whole experience go smooth. I would be glad to do business with them again.

I just recently purchased my 4th Honda Accord from Landers McLarty (formerly Bale Honda). My purchase experience was wonderful, as usual. I have been doing business with this facility since 1996. There were no high pressure sales tactics and the sales person who assisted me (Shawn Vaden) was very knowledgeable and patient. The accessories guy, parts department, and the service team were also very nice and helpful. I could not have asked for a better buying experience!

I recently purchased a new Accord EX-L. I love it! The buying process was made easy by the friendly staff and the salesman, Shawne, that I worked with. He answered my seeming endless number of questions and in the end felt completely at ease and satisfied with the decision that I made.

We came in interested in a Pilot but ended up driving a 2015 Odyssey off the showroom floor. Jon Roberts, the General Manager, took the time to speak with us personally about the vehicle and the needs of our family. He personally saw to it that we got a great deal, and we did. This is the second Honda Accord that I have purchased , Tony Mcdaniel has been my salesman . This young man is not pushy and gives you time to think about your purchase before you decide and that's a plus for me!!!!
