Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced from any company in any industry. Do not pay in full until you are completely satisfied because they stop returning calls once they have your money. Do not bother trying to talk with the owner...he is the worst of all.

My husband and I ordered a custom-made awning from L.R. Tent & Awning at the end of March for a metal pergola type structure on our deck. By the first of June we still did not have the awning but we had been promised on three different days that they would arrive to install it. My husband stayed home on each of these days and called repeatedly to see what was keeping them but could never get an answer. The next day they would say that the weather wasn't right for installation and they would try again. After the third try exactly like this we told them (we both actually called the mgr. at the same time - one of us from the office and one from home) to tell him to have it installed on our deck by the end of the day or we would take our business elsewhere. I also told him if he did not install that day I would do as much "advertising" for him as possible and let everyone know the kind of customer service he gives. Since my husband and I both work in the 40 flr. bldg. in downtown L.R. we can get the word out to many people easily. Of course, we never heard another word from L.R. Tent & Awning - I'm certain he had never even made the awning. Some of these older companies in town tend to think that they don't have to give good customer service any more because they have their fortune made already. Other older and newer companies alike have great pride in their work and they are truly decent people and would not dream of NOT giving their customers the best service possible. After all it is their reputation on the line. Rest assured that Little Rock Tent & Awning is not a company that cares about their customers (well maybe the government contracts they get, I'm sure) but as far as the 'little people' go they have no pride in their work or decency about their character. I plan to spread this description of their work to anyone considering, or even remotely thinking about, purchasing an awning, canopy, shades, blinds, etc. of any kind from them. If you want service go to Razorback Tent and Awning - they care about how their customers are treated and whether or not the customer is satisfied.
