not courteous of patients that actually work and have private insurance. Have showed up for scheduled appointments 3 times and have been turned away because their policy suggests that my daughter be seen by a social worker before I can be seen by psych. No phone call from scheduler received for cancellation! Also, they just push unecessary therapy and prescriptions with know clear plan and goal for the patient. If you have private insurance don't waist your time or money.
