A friend borrowed the bike on Saturday and didn't make it back home. After calling, he said he would bring it home after work on Monday. Before he could get it home, it broke down and he said he knew he didn't put bad gas in it. What the h***?!? I had to call a tow because I couldn't run the risk of damaging the bike further. Taylor was there within the time frame quoted, I paid what was quoted and my bike was well secured and made it home.

My wife broke down in Little Rock on a T and AAA sent Lucky Towing and Recovery to transport her car to a local Ford dealership. The car was loaded onto the wrecker at 7:30 pm and the Ford dealer keeps the gate open until 8:00 pm. The driver informed my wife that he would not take it the Ford dealer because the gate was closed and he need to take it to a house. We live in Alabama so there was no house to take it to. He told my wife that we would be charged a $50 storage fee for keeping the car overnight but it would be taken to the Ford dealer the next morning. As of 2:00 pm the next day, the car has still not been delivered to the Ford dealer. If the dealer cannot fix my wife's car by close of business Friday, she will have to stay the weekend and leave Monday, costing us hotel room fees and missing a day of work. As a husband, I am pretty angry because I feel my wife was taken advantage of. If the driver didn't feel he could make it to the Ford dealer by 8:00 pm when the gate closed he should have explained that to her. However, no explanation was given as to why the car was not taken to the Ford dealer the next morning.

My husband and I own our own business. We have to use a tow truck quite often we never use anyone but Lucky's. We have never had one problem with any of the drivers William Bowden is a great guy he always goes out of his way to help anyone he can. And whoever is leaving these bad reviews has never used Lucky's towing because if they had that would make them a liar and I'm sure they are just mistaken about who they used. Anyways I will never use anyone else, we love you guys keep up the great work.

As the owner of Lucky's Towing and Recovery I would like to clear this up. I would love to make this customer happy if they would let me know who they are. This person has used a fake name on many many sites trying to hurt my business. I have older model trucks because I'm a newer company. This part is true, but they are clean and very well maintianed. I would never be rude to a customer. That would be bad business. I try to make everyone of my customers happy. Everyone knows some people you can't make happy no matter how hard you try you just can't make everyone happy. I am willing to try though. If the person who left this bad remark would please contact me at 501-888-8697 I would love to clear this up.



If I ever wrong a customer I would ask them to contact me to make it better rather than slander my name. As you read my reveiws please keep in mind I am more than willing to go out of my way to do what I can to make your exsperiance enjoyiable. If you will take a moment to read the rest of the reveiws you will see that I am not a company thats about the dollar. Keep in mind I do have to charge to stay in business, but my heart is in helping people. I work for the Little Rock Fire Department full time. I lead a life of serving people. I went in business to help the people other wrecker services take an advantiage of. Everyone needs a little help from time to time and I am willing to do what it takes to help even if I don't make a profit. As you can see on my other reveiws I do perform a wonderful service for one of the cheapest prices in town. thank for your time



Harris.Coy I would never give a price to a customer and change it unless the info given to me is false. Examples are winch outs if you tell me you are 2 foot off the road and it turns out to be 60 them the price would change. I never touch a car with out the customer knowing up front. I also work with payments to help people if the price is more than they can handle at the time. When I'm called to tow a car I tow it and the customer signs a ticket. If the is taking a car faulsly then I don't know what to do to make it better.

My price as of rite now is 70.00 for towing in the Little Rock City limits. This includes tax. It doesn't matter if it's going next door or from on side to the other. This is a standard tow. If a car is in a parking deck, needs skates, is involved in a wreck with clean up and/or wait time, winching, or a ball joint out then prices will change acording to the problem and equipment I need.

It is good to let a dispatcher know everything that's going on. Don't call and say I need a tow and your really 100ft in a feild. This happens all the time and when we arrive you will know the price of a tow. This isn't the price to winch you out then tow you.

I love helping people and I even work eith you on pricing I'm not here to milk you out of money, but I am here to make money not loose it. Every minute we are on a scene cost and it has to be charged for according to what it is and how long it takes. Fuel, insurance, maintiance, labor, and wear and tear on the trucks cost. If it breaks it has to be fixed and this is why prices are what they are. So please keep in mind if you call for a tow make sure you tell the dispatcher of what ever company you use what is really going on.

Took my car on false grounds and tried to milk me for every dollar possible. Refused to keep the same price rate as previously quoted.

the owner was very rude thetrucks where outdated and the service was ust awful. i will never use this company again and i will use a known wrecker service from now on.

I had to use this wrecker service. I saw it on here with 5 stars and said what the heck lets try them. They need more than 5 stars I delt with William Bowden. He is the owner so he said. He went out of his way to make sur he took care of us. He sent his driver Matt out. He is a little goofy but one heck of a guy. This company brings a great image to wrecker services. They towed my car, responded very fast, and were cheaper than anyone else I called. This is a company I really feel doesn't care about being the largest with the most exspensive trucks. They seem to care about the people they help and getting them home. I have never delt with a wrecker service that cared about the people and not the money. If you ever need a tow give these people a call.

by lyn ellis - 12/14/2010 At Thanksgiving we were making a trip from tn to arkansas to see family when we broke down on the side of the interstate we were all scared and frustrated at what was taking place and a friend suggested luckys towing owned by william bowden we called him and he went all out of his way to help us giving up his holiday with his family. His price is awesome for the service you recieve from him he even took us to get a rental! Hopefully I will never need a tow again but if I do you know who I will call!
