Even though they just opened, the service is VERY VERY bad. I work nearby and every time I go whether its to get gas, food, etc they always have POS system problems. My main reason for rating so low is Chesters Chicken. First time going they recommended that i call ahead of time which is very convenient, but when I call I do not get placed on hold, its like someone sits the phone down. I hear the conversations in the background and it takes about 5 minutes before someone from the Chester area answers. Apparently their truck guy was running late and I didn't understand how they could be out of cups when they just opened less than a month ago. Since I paid for a combo medium drink I asked if I could just get two small drinks, but she said I would be charged for two drinks. She never asked if I wanted a refund, but I would have declined based on the fact I do not like getting refunds back on cards due to waiting a number of business days so I left drinkless and unsatisfied.
